Traditionally taking place in early January, the Dubai Marathon attracts runners from across the globe.
The circuit starts and finishes at the Dubai World Trade Centre and takes in some major landmarks en-route.
Traffic is usually disrupted during the event, so please allow extra journey time if you’re travelling to the airport from centre Dubai or the Deira region of the city.
